# Arcade: one-minute Up or Down rounds on Jupiter Predict

> Bet Up or Down on BTC or SOL every minute in the Jupiter Predict Arcade: pool payouts, the 1% fee, refunds, Quick bet, entry limits, and round history.

The Arcade, in its own tab of the Predict navigation (`jup.ag/prediction/arcade`), runs continuous one-minute BTC and SOL Up or Down rounds. It is a parimutuel game: instead of trading contracts against an order book, everyone bets into a shared prize pool and the winning side splits it.

## How does an Arcade round work?

Rounds run as a continuous carousel of cards: Ended, Live, Next, and Later. You always bet on the Next round.

1. Pick a side: bet **Up** or **Down** on the round that starts next, in USDC. Entries are final.
2. Price locks: when the round starts, its opening price becomes the price to beat. A countdown shows when entry closes, and once the round is live no more bets are accepted on it. The live card reads **Round is live**, with a link to enter the next round.
3. The round runs 60 seconds: if the closing price is above the price to beat, Up wins. If it is below, Down wins.
4. Winners split the pool: each winner is paid in proportion to their stake, minus a 1% fee.

Each side shows a live payout multiplier (for example Pays 1.95x) computed from the current pool split. It moves as bets come in, until the round starts. Settlement is automatic and takes a few seconds: payouts and refunds are sent straight to your wallet, and there is nothing to claim.

You can bet both sides of the same round; the round still settles normally.

## How is my payout calculated?

Payout = your stake ÷ the winning side's pool × the total pool × 0.99

The 0.99 is the 1% fee, taken from the whole payout, which includes your own stake back. For example, \$1 on Down against \$1,000 on Up pays about \$990 if Down wins. Because the multiplier depends on the final pool split, the payout shown while you bet is an estimate. See [Fees](/user-docs/trade/predict/fees#how-does-the-arcade-fee-work).

## When is a round refunded?

A round is voided, and every stake is refunded in full with no fee, when:

* Only one side has entries.
* The closing price equals the opening price (a flat close).

## How do I place a bet?

1. Choose BTC or SOL at the top of the Arcade.
2. On the Next round card, enter an amount in USDC or pick a shortcut (5, 25, 100, or 500 USDC).
3. Click **Enter Up** or **Enter Down** and sign in your wallet.

A bet goes through **Preparing Bet**, a signature request in your wallet, and **Placing Bet**. On success, the **Bet placed** toast links to the transaction; on failure, the toast explains the error.

### How does Quick bet work?

**Quick bet**, at the top right of the Arcade, places a bet in one tap. Turn on its toggle and set the amount (5, 25, 100, or 500 USDC, or a custom amount): a tap on Up or Down then places that amount with no confirm step. Arcade Quick bet is separate from the [Quick Buy](/user-docs/trade/predict/how-it-works#how-does-quick-buy-work) setting used on Browse and Degen markets.

### What happens after I win?

After a winning round, a prompt shows your side and the amount paid to you. **Bet \$… on Up again** (or Down) places your whole payout on the same side of the next round; **Keep it** closes the prompt.

## Where can I see my results?

With your wallet connected, the Arcade page shows:

* Your last five results, with any streak, next to the asset picker.
* Your stats: record, rounds played, refunded rounds, and realized PnL.
* Your history: a preview of your last five rounds, which opens the full **History** page. It lists every past round with its asset, your entries, the outcome, the payout, your realized PnL, and explorer links to the settlement transactions.
* Live bets: a feed of everyone's bets as they come in.

The **Chart** toggle shows a live price chart with the price to beat, and the sound toggle turns the countdown and settlement effects on or off.

## How do I identify a round for support?

Arcade rounds have no event page or event URL. Each round is its own on-chain account, shown in two places: the round time on a round card (for example 11:01) is a link to the round's account on the explorer, and the History page lists each past round with its shortened address (first and last four characters) as an explorer link, next to the date and time.

When you contact support about an Arcade bet, give this round address or the explorer link together with your wallet address. The settlement transaction links in History help too.

## Why is my Arcade bet blocked?

Each entry must stay between a minimum and a maximum amount in USDC, currently 1 USDC and 1,000 USDC per entry; the app shows the limits that apply. The bet button tells you what is wrong:

* **Below minimum … USDC** or **Above maximum … USDC**: your amount is outside the range.
* **Insufficient USDC**: your balance does not cover the bet.
* **Couldn't load limits**: the configuration did not load. Reload the page.

Quick bet shows the same messages under the amount. The Up and Down buttons are also disabled once the countdown reaches zero and the round locks, and while a previous bet is still being sent. Trading is unavailable in some regions.

<Warning>
Arcade rounds are fast, repeated bets on one-minute price moves. The displayed multiplier is not fixed: your final payout depends on how the pool is split when the round locks. Only bet what you can afford to lose.
