Currency conversions are done at the market rate. Virtual accounts are funded by incoming fiat transfers only. SWIFT: Transfers to over 200 countries. Specific corridors may be subject to restrictions depending on the recipient’s bank and local regulations. Local payouts: AED, BRL, CAD, EUR, GBP, IDR, INR, JPY, MAD, MXN, MYR, NGN, PHP, SAR, SGD, THB, TRY, TWD, USD, VND.

Restricted Merchant Categories (MCC)

Transactions may be declined if the merchant falls under restricted categories. These restrictions are in place due to compliance and regulatory requirements. The following categories are not supported:
  • Purchase or trade of digital currencies
  • Drug-related purchases, including marijuana, cannabis, CBD, and black-market items
  • Payments on dark web marketplaces or for hacking or cybercrime services
  • Internet pharmacies that are unlicensed or operate outside regulated jurisdictions
  • Firearms, ammunition, or explosives
  • Hazardous materials and chemicals without proper regulatory clearance
  • Escort services or similar platforms
  • Unlicensed or illegal auction sites
  • Unregulated lending or payday loan services
  • Data brokerage services, especially involving unauthorized personal data
  • Purchase or trade of endangered species or wildlife products
If a transaction is attempted with merchants in these categories, it may be automatically declined.
