Can I try Portfolio without connecting a wallet, and is there a demo account?
Yes to the first: Portfolio is read-only and opens any public Solana address or domain you paste in the search bar, with no connection and nothing to sign. The landing page at jup.ag/portfolio also offers three demo wallets (DeFi whale, JUP staker, Airdrop farmer), individually or as a group at jup.ag/portfolio/demo.Those demo wallets are watch-only sample portfolios, not a demo or practice account: they hold real onchain data belonging to someone else, and Jupiter has no paper trading or simulated balances. See Demo wallets.

Click the Claimable total in the Net worth card. The dialog lists every claimable item by platform with a Claim button next to it. Portfolio cannot claim for you: the button opens the protocol’s own claim page in a new tab, where you complete the claim with your wallet. Once done, use Refresh positions in Portfolio. Airdrops are claimed from the Airdrop tab instead, and JUP staking rewards from Active Staking Rewards. See Claiming rewards from Portfolio.

There are a few possible reasons:
- No reliable price source. If a token has very low liquidity or no established market, Portfolio cannot determine a reliable USD price. In that case, the token is hidden from the dashboard entirely. It is not shown with a zero value; it simply does not appear.
- The token is very new. Newly launched tokens may not be priced yet. They will appear once a reliable price source becomes available.
- A bug is causing the token to not display. If you believe a token should be shown, submit a support ticket with the token mint address and your wallet address.

Submit a support ticket with the following details:
- The protocol where you see the issue.
- The specific position concerned.
- Your wallet address.
- (Optional) A screenshot of the position as shown on the protocol’s own website, for comparison.

If you have active positions on a supported protocol but they do not appear on your Portfolio dashboard, submit a support ticket with:
- The protocol or application where the missing position exists (e.g., Jupiter Perps, Kamino, Drift).
- Your wallet address (kept private, used only to resolve the issue).

Portfolio currently supports 190+ protocols. If the protocol you use is not listed, you can submit a request on the Portfolio feedback page. The team reviews requests and works on adding new integrations.

- On desktop (jup.ag/portfolio): positions refresh on-demand, meaning the data updates when you load or reload the page.
- On Jupiter Mobile: positions refresh periodically in the background.

The Net worth view of the summary card charts the portfolio’s value over time from recorded history. History is currently recorded for active JUP stakers; a wallet without recorded history shows “No recorded history” instead of a chart. The other two views of the card, Yield and Breakdown, work for every wallet.

You are viewing a group. Spot PnL is calculated for one wallet at a time: select a single wallet from the account selector to open its Spot tab.

A weekly email, every Monday, with your positions and the latest news. The banner at the top of Portfolio opens the sign-up, where you enter your email address to join the launch list. It covers up to 10 wallets, so select a smaller group if yours is larger. You can dismiss the banner for 30 days.

No. Portfolio does not currently track or display NFT holdings.

In the Activity tab, click Load More until the button disappears so the whole history is loaded, set Hide failed and Hide spam as you want them, then click Export. The CSV only contains the transactions displayed at that moment, one line per token balance change. See Exporting your transaction history.

The Airdrop Checker is a tab inside Jupiter Portfolio. It lets you scan your Solana wallets to see which airdrops you are eligible for, which you have already claimed, and which you may have missed. To access it, go to jup.ag/portfolio and click the Airdrop tab, or start from jup.ag/portfolio/airdrop-checker to scan up to 15 addresses at once.
Does the Airdrop Checker cover all Solana airdrops?
Does the Airdrop Checker cover all Solana airdrops?
No. The tool tracks a curated selection of airdrops from major Solana protocols and well-known communities (e.g. Jupiter, Drift, Wormhole, Meteora, Tensor). Smaller distributions, such as minor memecoin airdrops, are not included.
Can I claim an airdrop directly from the Airdrop Checker?

No. The Airdrop Checker shows your eligibility status and redirects you to the protocol’s own claim page when you click the claim action. The claim transaction is processed on the protocol’s site, not within Jupiter.
Why am I marked as Ineligible for an airdrop?
Why am I marked as Ineligible for an airdrop?
Ineligible means your wallet does not meet the criteria set by the protocol for that specific airdrop. Each protocol defines its own eligibility rules (e.g. minimum trading volume, staking, governance participation). The Airdrop Checker does not determine or explain why a wallet is ineligible.
What happens when an airdrop expires?

Once the claim window closes, the Action column reads Expired. The tokens are permanently lost and cannot be claimed or recovered. There is no way to reclaim expired airdrops.
