If the charge reads as Uber or Grab on your card, you earn. There is no merchant list to check and nothing to opt into.There is also no minimum: no minimum spend, no minimum order size, and no minimum number of trips. One S$4 ride counts, and every qualifying dollar earns 10% back until you reach the US$20 cap.What doesn’t count:

Yes. This 10% is a separate bonus, on top of the cashback you already earn on your Jupiter Spend card. Your usual Spend cashback keeps working exactly as normal, credited right after each transaction. This offer adds an extra 10% on your Uber and Grab spend during the campaign.
The 10% campaign bonus is paid in one batch after the campaign ends on 15 August. We add up every qualifying Uber and Grab charge across the campaign and credit the total to your Rewards Balance, within 48 hours of the campaign closing. From there, claim it to move it into your Jupiter Spend balance.Your usual cashback is separate and keeps landing right after each transaction, exactly as normal. The 10% campaign bonus will be credited separately into your Rewards Balance at the end of the campaign.
If your total does not look right, reach out to support in the app and we will check it for you. Have your Uber or Grab transaction handy, and we can trace the exact charge, including the merchant name and category, to confirm what qualified.

VIP Matching Program

Already earning above 2% cashback with another provider’s VIP program? Jupiter will match it with a flat 3% cashback on your Jupiter Card through the end of August.

How It Works

The VIP Matching Program rewards cardholders who bring proven VIP status from another card issuer whose program currently offers more than 2% cashback. Once your status is verified, you earn a flat 3% cashback on eligible Jupiter Spend transactions for the duration of the program.

Cashback Rate

Eligible cardholders earn a flat 3% cashback, up to a monthly cap of $300 per calendar month. To qualify, your other provider’s VIP program must currently offer cashback above 2%. Cashback is credited to your Rewards balance after each transaction fully settles, not at the point of payment.
The same exclusions apply as our standard cashback. Ineligible transactions do not earn cashback, see Ineligible Transactions.

How to Apply

Gather your proof

Take two screenshots - (1) your VIP-status email from the other provider (clearly showing the sender, the date, and your tier with its cashback rate), and (2) your VIP status inside the other provider’s app.

Apply one of two ways

Pick whichever is easier. Both go to the same team.Option A. Apply via formSubmit your details through the VIP Matching application form.Option B. Apply by emailEmail [email protected] with:
  • Subject: VIP Tier Matching
  • Your Jupiter ID or Spend email (find these in the Jupiter Mobile app under your account/profile). The email you send from may be different.
  • Your other card’s issuer, VIP tier, and current cashback %
  • Screenshots of (a) that card’s official VIP/cashback email and (b) your in-app VIP status on that card

Get approved in 72 hours

We review your submission within 72 hours. Once approved, your 3% cashback applies to eligible Jupiter Spend transactions.

Activate your rate

Once you’re approved, deposit at least $1,500 in fresh funds into your card to activate your matched cashback rate. Only deposits made after approval count toward the $1,500 - your existing balance and earlier deposits do not.

Program Duration

Runs for July and August 2026 and ends at the end of August. The monthly cap applies separately to each calendar month.

Ineligible Transactions

Ineligible transactions do not qualify for VIP Matching cashback. The exclusions are the same as those listed under Ineligible Transactions in the standard Rewards & Referrals terms.
We reserve the right to verify all submitted proof and to adjust, withhold, or reverse rewards at any time. Falsified or fraudulent submissions will be rejected.
