Jupiter Card

The Jupiter Card is a Visa card powered by your stablecoins and accepted at any merchant that accepts Visa. Users deposit USDC or USDT on Solana, or supported tokens from other networks (converted to USDC), into their Spend account, and the Card balance, shown in USD, sets how much they can spend with the card. Purchases go through the Visa network and are settled in fiat. The card is issued through regulated financial partners and uses credit-card infrastructure, meaning it benefits from higher merchant acceptance, smoother refund and dispute handling, and more consistent performance compared to typical prepaid or debit crypto cards. Jupiter does not issue credit lines: you can only spend what you have deposited. The card is available as a virtual card through the Jupiter app. Physical cards are rolling out in phases, so the option appears in your account when you are included. Full rollout is planned by the end of 2026.

Card Issuers

The Jupiter Card is issued by two partners, Rain and DCS, depending on the user’s country of residence. Each user is assigned one card issuer automatically: DCS issues cards to residents of Australia, Japan, Malaysia, the Philippines, Singapore, South Korea, Taiwan, Thailand, and Vietnam; residents of the other supported countries get a Rain-issued card. Process

Balance

The app shows your Card balance in USD. How a stablecoin deposit is credited depends on your card issuer:

• Rain-issued card: the USDC and USDT you deposit are credited 1:1. They are not converted, and they stay on-chain as collateral for the card.
• DCS-issued card: USDT is converted to USD by the issuer when it arrives, so the amount credited is slightly lower than the USDT you sent. The difference is a fraction of a percent and varies over time.

Refunds

Refunds can take up to 7 business days to settle back into your card balance, depending on the merchant and the card issuer. Void transactions (where the merchant cancels the charge before final settlement) follow the same timeline. How a refund appears depends on whether the original transaction has already settled:

• Transaction still pending: If the merchant issues a refund or voids the charge before settlement, the original transaction is reversed and will not be deducted from your balance.
• Transaction already processed: If the transaction has already settled, the refund appears as a separate credit marked “Reversed” under the original transaction in your history. Refunds are processed at the FX rate of the day the refund is issued, not the original transaction rate. The FX fee on the original payment is not refunded.

If you have not received your refund after 7 business days, contact support with the original transaction details.

Lost or Stolen Card

If your card is lost, stolen, or you suspect unauthorised use, freeze it immediately from the Jupiter app to block any further transactions. To get a new card, open the card’s settings and choose Replace card (“For lost, stolen, undelivered cards”). For a physical card, pick the reason (lost, stolen, or damaged) and confirm: the current card is frozen to keep your money safe, a replacement is ordered, and you activate it when it arrives. A replacement virtual card is free; a replacement physical card costs the same as the original (see Physical Card). If something does not look right, contact support.

Cashback

All qualifying card purchases earn automatic cashback at a base rate of 2%. A higher rate and cap can be unlocked through the referral program. See Rewards & Referrals for details.

Adding to Mobile Wallets

There are no Jupiter fees for adding or using the card via Apple Pay or Google Pay. The standard FX fee (set by the issuer) still applies on non-USD payments.

Physical Card

Physical cards are rolling out in phases. Once they are available in your account, you can order one from the cards page in the Jupiter app. The card costs $13.13 plus shipping, both charged to your Card balance, and shipping prices are shown before you confirm. If your available balance is $1,500 or more when you order, you get $30 off shipping in any country, but only on a tracked shipping option: an untracked option is not discounted. In the US, the $30 covers the full cost of the tracked option. Check your name and delivery address before you confirm: they cannot be changed once the card is ordered. The app shows the expected delivery time for the shipping option you pick. With a tracked option, you can follow the card on the Card tab (Ordered, then Shipped). An untracked card that gets lost in transit has to be replaced, and the replacement is paid like a new card. When the card arrives, activate it in the app by entering the last 4 digits of its card number. With a Rain-issued card, both the virtual and the physical card have a PIN, which you can view and change in the app; DCS-issued cards do not offer this in the app. A Rain-issued physical card can withdraw cash at ATMs that accept it; each withdrawal carries a fee, see Fees. DCS-issued cards cannot withdraw cash at ATMs for now.

Claynosaurz Card

The Claynosaurz card is a co-branded Jupiter × Claynosaurz Visa Platinum card. It is available as a virtual card in two designs, Gold and Platinum. It works like any Jupiter Card: it is powered by your Card balance, accepted wherever Visa is accepted, and can be added to Apple Pay or Google Pay in supported countries. Both new and existing users can get it. If you already have a Jupiter Card, add the Claynosaurz card as an additional card from the Cards screen. FX Rebate

The FX rebate covers only payments made with the Claynosaurz card, not your other cards. FX fees are charged as usual when you pay, then added up over the month and credited back in one batch at the end of the month. The first rebates, for September 2026, are distributed in the first week of October 2026. Track your rebate on the Cards screen: the Claynosaurz 0% FX tracker below the card shows the amount rebated so far against the $100 monthly cap, and the date it resets. A payment appears in the tracker only once the transaction is confirmed, so a pending payment is not counted yet.

Supported Countries

Eligibility is based on your country of residence, not your citizenship: a citizen of an unsupported country who resides in a supported one can be onboarded after completing identity verification. The list below shows where the Jupiter Card is actively offered. Limitations

• Physical cards are rolling out in phases.
• Card orders, virtual or physical, are non-refundable once placed.
• Withdrawals are not available with every card: see Withdrawals.
• USDC and USDT are the only assets the Spend deposit address accepts. Other tokens work only through Send to Spend in Jupiter Mobile, which converts them.
• Transaction notifications are not yet available.
